State Office of Industrial Property, on November 25 2016, held a conference on which was presented the project "Technical support of the State Office of Industrial Property" funded by the Government of the Kingdom of Norway.
The project is a technical support provided to the State Office of Industrial Property which aims establishing a system of services and information exchange between the State Office of Industrial Property and key stakeholders in the field of industrial property.
To achieve the project goals, a fisibility study was conveyed, which assessed the current situation in terms of legal and institutional framework of the systems in information exchange between the institutions, solutions for improvement were proposed, and objectives were defined which had to be achieved by implementing proposed solutions.
The project anticipates making platform for data exchange and use of information between main IPR stakeholders.
Due to the system specifications of the platform, the solutions is divided in 4 main modules:
Module 1: Services that the State Office of Industrial Property provides the public
Module 2: The practice of the State Industrial Ownership
Module 3: Practice of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Macedonia
Module 4: Taking an exam for industrial property agents and information agents
