Deputy Director of the State Office of Industrial Property and President of the Coordination Body for Intellectual Property, Mr. Goran Gerasimovski addressed today an event to raise public awareness on the protection of intellectual property rights and identify counterfeit products held at the Hotel “Russia”.
"Our task as a Coordination Body is to guarantee continued cooperation, to organize common actions, to build and maintain an effective mechanism for the protection of industrial property rights, copyrights, and related rights. That is why we continue to work hard in this direction, and today's event is a step forward in the right direction “said Mr. Gerasimovski.
Today's event also marked the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the NGO “React” and the Customs Administration of the Republic of North Macedonia in order to promote cooperation in the fight against counterfeiting.
