State Office of Industrial Property of the Republic of North Macedonia on October 2nd, 2023 launched in production the use of the Front Office platform for submission of patent applications and subsequent actions via the internet.
SOIP under the bilateral cooperation activities with EPO and within the Office roadmap for digitalization of its services together developed Front Office platform, which enables faster and simpler approach for filing and registering a patent application.
Front Office can be accessed on the following URL https://e-prijava.ippo.gov.mk which as well can be found on the landing page of the web site of SOIP.
Front Office supports various procedures such as filing of a national patent application, EP validations, SPC and subsequent actions and they were developed following the national law for industrial property and international agreements for filing of a patent application.
