Incubator for cell cultivation with ionized air on 3 December 2008 in Hotel " Aleksandar Palace " , organized by the National Office of Industrial Property held traditional manifestation " Patent of the Year" for 2008 , as part of celebrations marking the 15 anniversary of the founding of the State Office of Industrial Property of the Republic of Macedonia and the ratification of the European patent Convention .
The event opened with a keynote speech by Ms. Svetlana Jakimovska , vice president of the Assembly and the REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA Mr. Safet Emruli , director of National Institute of Industrial Property of the Republic of Macedonia .
The event was attended by ministers , MPs , representatives of the diplomatic corps in the country , representatives of the economy , many agents , inventors and other guests . The official ceremony began with the presentation and delivery of the prizes Macedonian inventors whose inventions were exhibited at the International Exhibition of ideas , inventions and new products -IENA2008 year , which took place between 30 October and 2 November in Nuremberg , Germany.
The prize for the best invention award or "Patent of the Year - 2008" and was awarded belonged inovatorkata Dr. Liliana Simjanovska for invention " INCUBATOR CELL cultivation with ionized air," which is awarded a gold medal by an international jury of professional IENA 2008 , a gold medal and a certificate from the international Federation of Inventors associations (IFIA) for outstanding contribution in the field of science and GOLD CUP degree of Russian international association for scientific and technical cooperation . Were awarded and jubilee awards for meritorious promotion of industrial property in the Republic of Macedonia in international and regional organizations , as follows: Mr. Ognjen Blagoev , Head of Department at the State Office of Industrial Property , Ms. Sofia Todorova , professor of Ss . Cyril and Methodius , Skopje and Abdulmenaf Bedzeti , a professor at South East European University in Tetovo . The program was presented : history of 15 years of operations and activities of the Institute arising in the field of protection of industrial property rights in accordance with national and international legal framework with special emphasis on the rights and obligations arising from the accession of the Republic of Macedonia the European Patent Convention , which will take effect from 1 January 2009.
The event ended with a solemn speeches made for cooperation , highlighting the issues of intellectual property and greetings by senior delegations from the World Intellectual Property Organization , European Patent Office , Institutes for Industrial and intellectual property rights in the region .
