What is a trademark

A trademark protects a sign that can be represented graphically and which is capable of distinguishing goods or services of one undertaking from the goods or services of other undertakings.

A trademark protects signs capable of distinguishing such as words, letters, numbers, pictures, drawings, color combinations, three-dimensional shapes, including shapes of goods or their packaging, as well as combinations of all the above-mentioned signs.
Words and letters can be written in any language and alphabet.
