A regional seminar on Patent Information and Databases was organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization and the State Office of Industrial Property in Skopje.
At the seminar, Ms. Silvia Trpkovska from the Sector of Transition and Developed Countries, WIPO, Mr. Vipin Saroha from Global Infrastructure Sector, WIPO as well as the expert and patent advisor from Hungary, Mr. Farkas Szabolcs had presentations on the topic.
In addition to guests from the national offices of Albania, Serbia, Montenegro and Bulgaria, a number of industrial property representatives, inventors as well as state administration representatives that are part of the overall system of intellectual property protection and enforcement.
At the seminar, participants exchanged experiences as well as best practices in the use of patent information and databases.
