Today at the Faculty of Law, the candidates for representatives took the written and oral part of the professional exam with which they need to obtain a license from the State Office of Industrial Property.
Representatives have a significant role to play in protecting industrial property rights. They have special knowledge, a high level of education, and especially knowledge of domestic, foreign, and international law. Their role is especially important in conducting proceedings for the protection of industrial property rights before the courts.
In the future, the SOIP with their help will solve the problems and improve the conditions for the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.
