The State Office of Industrial Property signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius-Skopje. Within this agreement, SOIP and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering will organize trainings, conferences, workshops, which will exchange experiences and data.
"The cooperation between the State Office of Industrial Property and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering provides practical classes for students in the institution. This means that students can hone their knowledge of professionals with many years of experience and advance in the field of industrial rights and intellectual property rights, "said Goran Gerasimovski, Director of the State Office of Industrial Property.
The memorandum also envisions co-operation on projects and the organization of courses in order to advance the field of technology, education and science.
"This Memorandum of Cooperation is very important for the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering because it enables exchange of experiences but also strengthening of contacts and dialogue between the institution and the Faculty. The expert assistance in giving and realization of the projects will help in the improvement of the knowledge and their application in practice "said Darko Danev, Director of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
The memorandums of cooperation between the State Office of Industrial Property and the faculties enable the realization of a series of activities through which it introduces the students to learn about industrial property, its rights and significance and at the same time promotes the higher education scientific research activity.
