The State Office of Industrial Property remains fully committed to the digital transformation of its services, with the objective of strengthening internal processes, improving operational efficiency, and providing secure, modern, and user-oriented electronic services to applicants and stakeholders.
As part of this ongoing modernization initiative, the Office implemented a new software solution supporting the digitalization of its workflows. During the system migration process carried out in January, certain technical challenges were encountered which resulted in delays in the processing of documentation submitted by applicants.
We are pleased to inform you that all services have now been fully restored and are operating under normal conditions. Processing activities have resumed at full operational capacity.
