The decision on granting the right to use the protected geographical name may be revoked if it is determined that stopped the conditions for recognition of the right to use the protected geographical name prescribed by this law. In the procedure, a request for revocation of the decision to grant the right to use the protected geographical name, authorized user of a protected geographical name shall prove that the conditions for grant.
