If the invention is a product of joint work of many inventors, the right to initiate the procedure for grant of a patent belongs to all the inventors or their legal successors.

An employer is considered the inventor successor when under the law or contract has the right to acquire a patent for an invention created under the working basis of the inventor.

It is considered the inventor who create the invention by providing only technical assistance.
