Examination procedure and recognition of a patent

Upon receipt of the application , if the application contains the mandatory ingredients , the Office shall notify the applicant that the application and determine the date of filing the application and entered in the register of trademarks . If the report is correct, ie if it contains all the ingredients and items provided in the Act and Regulation , the Office shall examine whether the conditions for the grant .
If the application meets the conditions prescribed by law and if appropriate fees have been paid , the application shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Office .

Within three months from the date of publication, against the trademark application may be filed complaint . In Article 142 , paragraph 1 , item 1 - 6 of the Act, listed listed persons may appeal against the published application .
After the deadline for objections , if an objection is filed , the payment of anticipated fees and costs for obtaining and maintaining the validity of law , the Office shall issue a decision on the grant of a trademark .

Granted right entered in the Trademark Register and published in the Official Gazette of the Office .
The holder of the trademark , the Office shall issue a certificate within six months from the date of publication of the grant of a trademark .
